A teaspoon a day of this powerful Vampire Immune Elixir (aka. Fire cider 😉) is all you need to help prevent the cold and flu, strengthen your immune system, and support detoxification.Â
This cider is loaded with garlic, an antibacterial powerhouse + ginger, garlic and jalapeño all help to heat and warm your body, detox your system and improve circulation.
Stimulating blood flow is important as this helps to flush toxins and waste through your body.
You’ll need to let this ferment for roughly 30 days to help increase the potency and being that this is an old folk remedy, you can pretty much use whatever herbs and spices you’d like. The fermentation process turns this elixir into a cold and flu fighting nutrition powerhouse!

Be sure to store it in a warm place (I put mine in the pantry) and left it for about a month.
Here’s what I included in mine:
— 1 lemon
— half an orange
— 1 onion chopped
— 3 garlic cloves
— hunk of fresh ginger
— 2 cinnamon sticks
— 1 bunch of fresh rosemary
— 1 Jalapeño
— 2 heaping tbsp raw honey (add more after once you’ve finished fermenting it)
— 1 bottle ACV
Other ingredients you can add in – turmeric, ground spices if you don’t have them fresh, horseradish, peppercorns
After you’ve fermented it for 30 days, strain it, then take 1-2 tsps daily for immune health 👌You can store it in the fridge or keep in the cupboard.
Here’s how each ingredient in this recipe contributes to health benefits:
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
ACV is known for its antimicrobial properties and can aid digestion by balancing stomach acid levels. It’s also rich in acetic acid, which may help improve blood sugar control and support heart health.
Lemon and Orange
Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that boosts immune function and helps the body fight off colds and infections. They also add flavor and provide digestive and alkalizing benefits.
Onion

Optional Ingredients
Turmeric

Horseradish is excellent for clearing sinuses, and it has antibiotic and immune-boosting effects.
Peppercorns
